We are pleased to introduce Mrs Kohila Vallinayagam who is an Assistant professor at GIBS. Her passion for preserving traditional recipes of her native town in Tamil Nadu started around 5 years back.
While documenting these recipes, she decided to follow traditional methods of cooking including Farm to Table option for organic vegetables and using healthy ingredients such as millets & natural sugar, in her preparation. Recently, she received first prize in Millet Baking Competition which was conducted by Government of Karnataka.
