Super Salad – Healthy Snack Idea

Ingredients:

  • Carrot -50gm
  • Bell Pepper – 20gm
  • Pineapple – 30gm
  • Honey
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper Powder

Method:

  • Chop the carrot, bell pepper and pineapple into thin strips of equal shape and size.
  • Put the chops into mixing bowl.
  • Dress it with honey, salt and black pepper powder.
  • Mix it thoroughly.
  • (salt can be excluded for hypertensive’s)
