Baked Apples – A super healthy snack!

Ingredients:

  • ¬†4 apples
  • 4 table spoon of organic brown sugar
  • 1 table spoon of cinnamon
  • Handful of pecans & cranberries

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degree
  • Core the apple
  • Remove 1 inch of skin off the top of each apple
  • Score the sides of the apple so as to let them steam escape
  • Mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, cranberries & pecans in a small¬†bowl
  • Place apples in individual ramekin dishes or in a casserole dish
  • Stuff each apple with the cinnamon mix
  • Place the apples in the oven & bake for 40-60 minutes
